I have read the many threads about the "new plan" being given out at certain centers. My COD has no idea what I am talking about! I live in the NE. Is there a place on this site or on another that lists the specific changes/food amounts? I am currently on Red. Thanks in advance!

Post Hijack: Nicole, did the COD finally give out your plan in St Louis? I am in Mid-Missouri but have not been to COD this week yet.
