Hi everyone!

Well...I am on the search for what bars everyone uses when they don't do the LA Lites - We started off for the first couple of months doing the Lites (and didn't really mind them or the cost) but since they've changed the formulas, we really don't like the taste. So, I know that I've read around here that there are several of you who don't do the Lites but do different protein bars...No time to search right now (we're on our way to BJ's or Sam's) but if anyone can write and let me know what brand you use and what flavors you like (we were big fans of the original Caramel Lites and dh liked the Chocolate Crunch and Honey Nougat Lites) - we'd really appreciate it!!

I've been on a kick with the South Beach High Protein lately. They're a little bit lower in calories, but I like the texture better than the Lunas.

I do not like lites. Plus, they are full of hydrogenated fats & high frutose corn syrup. Yuck. I know for a fact that 2 lites equal 1 protein & 1 starch. I quit eating lites, & just eat an extra protein a day.
