I have been doing LAExpress more or less since I started Plan 2 almost 3 weeks ago. I decided to do it right away on my own because I am a slow loser. Most days I post my menus in the August menu thread so you can check there for ideas. LA Express is really not that different than the regular menu. The suggested list of foods is shorter since you are just avoiding some foods. Hope this helps.
