LA Express Menu Ideas
 

After six weeks on gold/now plan 2 and POP my weight has stayed the same for a week now. I've been put on LA Express for four weeks and wondered if anyone has any menu suggestions for the LA Express.

I have been doing LAExpress more or less since I started Plan 2 almost 3 weeks ago. I decided to do it right away on my own because I am a slow loser. Most days I post my menus in the August menu thread so you can check there for ideas. LA Express is really not that different than the regular menu. The suggested list of foods is shorter since you are just avoiding some foods. Hope this helps.
