I was wondering if you clear up some of my confusion. I normally buy Luna bars to replace my LA lites but I noticed the pria bars were on sale so I thought that I would try those instead, but I noticed they were not what you had mentioned on the newbie thread I remember reading pria complete but these are pria plus which are 110 calories but only 5 grams of protein are these bars acceptable?
Also I have been doing the slimfast optima w/string cheese to replace the slim downs, but I thought I would try the EAS advantage shakes which are lower in calories and sugar but higher in protein, my only question with that is do I still have to have a cheese stick if it is higher in protein?
