I've gone with out for a week now and have really noticed a difference I am eating everything in sight and it's mostly been carbs I have no idea what my weight is as my scale at home doesn't work and I am out of weeks at the center but I'm sure I've gained.

It's been a couple of weeks since I have posted, but have been lurking some. I have been really trying to figure out why I am having such a hard time losing any more weight and also why my starch cravings are totally out of control, even during and after TO. I read an article in a magazine that got me doing some searching on the net. Seems my yeast growth in my body was out of balance and sent me running for the starches. I talked with my Dr. about it and she agreed with me. So hopefully I have that beast under control, this last week, I haven't had any starch cravings and have actually had a day where I even missed one, and the scale is moving downward again. Something to look into if you are having out of control starch/carb cravings.

If they are not selling them anymore it would make sense that they could suggest/provide an alternative on the open market. Get them to ask their gurus and see what they come up with. Let us know what you find out.
