I've had a high fever since Sunday (two days ago) and I haven't been eating anything. My body tells me it's okay and it doesn't want food yet (soon but not right yet). I will start eating soon and I have been drinking a lot of water so... two days of not eating -because I was sick- wont mess up my metabolism too badly will it?
If I have lost any weight during this time, will I gain it back if I am careful to still control my portions?
I usually eat very healthily and stay within my range while only losing about a pound a week. I've been doing everything right as far as slow weightloss goes. What can I expect once I start eating again?
