Oven Fried Chicken
Got this from the Center today.
4 - 6 oz Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast (SATP) 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp snipped fresh parsley 1/2 Cup NF plain yogurt 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp white wine or water dash cayenne pepper Combine breadcrumbs and parsley in a shallow bowl, set aside. In a separate shallow bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, wine and pepper. Dip chicken into yogury mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees in over for 40 - 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear. Exchange: 1 Protein, 1 Starch, 1/2 Dairy |
