Hello again everyone. I have to take my calcium pills with vitamin D in and I have but they are making me sick. When does everyone take them? Will it stop making me sick. I usually don't eat really big meals but know that I am starting the plan is there a better time to take my pill. Thanks
That was the advice of my orthopedist who basically told me that I should be taking 1000 mg minimum a day. And seeing that the man rebuilt my shattered ankle, I think he has an idea as to what he's talking about.
