Heather- I usually do something like this:
I usually do the same protein all day on both days, if I have chicken, fish, shrimp or beef I do this:
FYI- Green veggies are unlimited on TO now
Breakfast- coffee, light bar, juice or fruit (whichever I decide to do)
Snack- juice or fruit
Lunch- 3 oz protein, green veggies, juice or fruit
Snack-juice or fruit
Dinner- 3oz. protein, green veggies, juice or fruit
Snack- light bar
If I do eggbeaters I have 1/2 c. for each breakfast, lunch and dinner.- 1 1/2 c. total for the day.
My preferences for proteins are usually chicken or shrimp, green veggies are zuchinni, asparagus, cucumber, cabbage, snow peas.
Last time I made a stir fry for dinner with shrimp, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, snow peas and zuchinni. Lots of Mrs. dash spices and just a squirt of LS soy sauce. YUMMO
