Default Help Please! I'm New To LAWL

I'm new to LAWL and I have a few questions:

1) I was put on the Blue plan, but almost noone I read about is on it. Why? I am a nurse who works three overnight shifts a week. I'm also a mother of 3. I exercise 5 days a week (cardio and weight). I am 5'7 and I weight 175, I want to lose 40 pounds. Does this sound right??

2) I wasn't going to do LA lites because I couln't afford them, but I definetly would be open to buying the Luna bars. Can I eat the Luna bars in addition to the blue plan food??

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!

Blue plan is for people on shift work or long days, so I am going to guess you are on the right plan. Mod. Cassi is on blue cuz she goes to school and works full time too. You could probably do the luna's, but the COD will frown upon it and tell you that you can't because they are not on the program.
