I'm new to LAWL and I have a few questions:
1) I was put on the Blue plan, but almost noone I read about is on it. Why? I am a nurse who works three overnight shifts a week. I'm also a mother of 3. I exercise 5 days a week (cardio and weight). I am 5'7 and I weight 175, I want to lose 40 pounds. Does this sound right??
2) I wasn't going to do LA lites because I couln't afford them, but I definetly would be open to buying the Luna bars. Can I eat the Luna bars in addition to the blue plan food??
