and am only down a total of 11.8 pounds I have felt a drastic reduction in size this past week though but didn't get measured to know exactly how much.
Congratulations on your loss! That's 1.7 pounds per week - I think that's great! You know those last pounds closest to your goal are the hardest to shed. And if you are losing inches, that's more important than pounds to me anyway! Don't get down about this. Any loss is a good loss. You can do it! Just stick with it and know that you're on the right track!

I remember when I signed up for this 8 week program telling the lady "I could care less about the scale, it's all about the size!" It is still discouraging not to have it melting off with all the hard work I've doen though.
I completely understand! There have been several times when I went to WI feeling "light" and just knowing that I had lost big - only to see the scale stayed exactly the same! It's a little depressing, but I have to remind myself that I've lost 25 pounds that I wouldn't have lost otherwise! In fact, I'm notorious for gaining over the summer - I'm a teacher - so I know I would have gained if I hadn't joined LAWL the day after school let out!
They just measured me. They made me put my hands on my hips fingers down and they measured my hips that way. They with my legs my hand to my side and they measure at the end of my middle finger. They said it was easier to make sure you get the same measurements all the time. Hope that helps
cool thanks I took my measurements then dumbly realized I have nothing to compare to LOL.
When I was in today I asked how much for a bottle off TO and it was 37.50 plus taxes YIKES the counsellor was good and said to do the 1/8 cantaloupe 4 times a day instead of the juice nothing about the oranges or grapefruit (that I can't do anyway) I will do it tomorrow and the next day as I completely fell off the wagon today as we went out to a friends and unexpectedly stayed all day.
