Default Cream of Mushroom Soup

Okay, I know LAWL makes a mushroom soup mix, but I don't have any. If I use 98% FF Cream of Mushroom Soup, how do I count it - or do I just scribble "I SCREWED UP!" across my journal for the day?

Well.... LAWL says no canned soup, even the low sodium, low fat (I e-mailed the dietician). And the LAWL soup has soy protein in it.

That being said, there are some recipes that LAWL has converted that use the low fat/sodium soup and they say "use in moderation".

Can you count it as a fat and something else? I don't know what it would count as, really. Can you compare the nutritionals to anything else in your pantry? I don't think it's protein. Dairy? probably not. Starch? Who knows? Everything good is starch.

I would say write it in your book and try to count it as something. Then at least you go to the COD clean. And how much can you have had? When it all comes down to it, it's calories in vs. calories out, regardless of what program you're on so just try to compensate for it that way.

Progress, not perfection. No guilt - move on!
