My COD told my today that if I'm needing help to get in all my veggies, (I'm on the gold plan= 3veg) that I can have the low sodium v-8 juice and it counts (one can =156mL) as 1V serving.

I normally drink the v8 but now on the new plan it specifically says to limit that which stinks because that sure was an easy way to get another veggie down. On a side note, if the v8 is bland tasting to you put a dash of hot sauce and some morton's lite salt in the low sodium and it tastes almost like the spicy v8.

OK I just had a yummy breakfast and I knocked off 3F, P, S. It was a warmed Special K waffle, low fat peanut butter spread on the waffle after heating the waffle, 2 servings of cataloupe, and 3 prunes. Highly recommend this one.

I believe I found them at Copps. Generally I shop at either Copps, Cub or Pic N Save.

I bought some Kashi WW waffles over the weekend but haven't tried them yet. I'll let you know how they taste. I love the RFPB idea Lynn...that does sound yummy

I also bought some of the Kashi Go Lean cereal. It was a sample box. I'm not a cereal and milk eater but it was delish mixed in my yogurt.

Britt - no it does not cost anything to go on the new plan.

Be careful with the Kashi Go Lean cereals. Make sure the one you use is on the plan. There are several kinds. I bought the Kashi Go lean instant hot cereal and then I found out it was not on the plan. I loved it, but it sure did not help me lose. I do not have the new plan yet so I don't know if the Kashi hot instant cereal is included or not.

I double checked and the Kashi cereals (1/2 cup) are listed in the new plan. Reduced fat waffle (1) - 4 inches diameter are also listed on the consume infrequently....this is under the white bread section so the ww I bought should be even better for me.

Well this new plan let me gain back 1.5 lbs -SOOOOO VERRRYY ANNOOOYYED

this better not be what the future holds with this plan of else I am switching back to the old plan.

I must say though she assured me that will not affect the how you get your moeny back if you don't lose. Jamie ( COD counslor) told me she too gained like 3 lbs .

she asked when I last did the take off and I said the day i started , she said, oh! ok then. I sid I think there is no reason to do it if I am losing . why depend on it if I don't need it.
