Team in Training-Marathon
Well not only in my 35th year of life, I recommited to my weight loss I signed up to walk my first marathon in HAWAII, on December 9, 2007. I will definitely be getting my 5 hours of exercise to stay on the red plan.

Way to commit, Amy!!
I've thought about doing something like that, but haven't found the courage... |
I've just started (this week) training for a 10k with plans to do the 1/2 Marathon next May in Fargo, ND.
Way to go Amy ! Good Luck ! |
WOOHOO!!! That's awesome Amy...and Snowdogs (I remember you posting that a while back). Where do you live now, Amy? Have you ever been to Hawaii?

Way to Go Amy!!! It's a lot of training, but well worth it. I've mentioned before that I did a marathon with TnT in 1999. Alaska in June. BEAUTIFUL!!
Six of us went out a week before the walk/run and toured around Anchorage. Prior to the training, I did not know a single person doing the marathon so everyone I travelled with was a new friend. It was just the best experience, but the training did me in. Once was enough, but everyone should do at least one marathon in their lifetime. It really is not that difficult. |
