Starting Jet Start Tommorrow, how much did you lose your first week?
I did LAWL in 2003 with my Best Friend. I only did it for 10 days then switched to WW b/c it was easier for me at the time. Well, I have tried WW again, and I am having trouble, so I dug out my old stuff and thought I would take this one day at a time and jet start tomorrow.
I can't find my food journals, and I can't remember how much I lost that first 10 days. Just want kinda a comparison to see what kind of goal to shoot for. (gotta have a goal, printed and posted on my fridge!!!)

studentdoctor. There is a lot of information in this forum that can help you. Do you remember which plan (color) you were on? That will help you find the correct servings of food for you. Good Luck with the re-start. As everyone here will tell you, you are worth it and you can do it!!!!
