Hi everyone! I went to my COD today and lost another 1.4 lbs. This is day 26 and I am down almost 11 pounds! I needed that because I was really having myself a pity-party yesterday missing my old food. Anyway, I bought a new portion plate they have come out with and my counselor said next week is an open house and they are going to be introducing A LOT of new things, like new menus, etc. Does anyone know what NEW things are in store? My center was closed this past Tuesday because they were in "training" and she said it was to learn about all these new things coming out! I am curious!
