L: 2 wasa crackers, FF cream cheese, lettuce, dressing, turkey lunch meat
(2S, C, V, C, P)
S: grapes, lite (F, L)
D: ground beef patty (8oz), mustard, cucumber (x2), red pepper, kashi crackers (1 1/2 P, C, 3V, S)
S: mixed berries, lite, peanuts (F, L, Fat)

My goal for tomorrow is to get more in right when I wake up---I keep saving too much for night time.

D - String cheese, Slim Fast Optima, 1 C Veggies, 1 C Snap Peas (1P, 1S, 2 V)
S - Nectarine (1Fr)

Wed - New Feel Full Plan
Day 7, 7/18
B - Nectarine, LA Lite (1 Fr)
L - Turkey Sand w/ Let, Tom, Mayo, 1 C Spinich (1S, 1P, 1V, 1Fat)
