Hello to all!
Today is my birthday. I went out to breakfast with my husband and had a perfect on program meal.
1 poached egg
1 serving mixed fruit
1 and a half english muffins (i would have eaten the second half but I was satisfied)
water and black coffee
Tonight I am going to a meeting to walk my first marathon with team in training. There is no better way to spend my day than with exercise as the focus
For lunch I am having a Carb Cravers lunch 2 slices of veggie pizza from a 9 inch pie. I know in the red book it says 2 slices of a 14 inch pie but they don't have that option for delivery so I am going to be a bit short.
I know someone here had a birthday yesterday so happy birthday to her as well.
