B - 1/4C eggbeaters, 1 apple, coffee w/1T coffee mate, FF (1/2P, 1Fr, 1 condiment)
S - FF/SF pudding cup, 2T raisins (1D, 1Fr)
L - 5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 small sweet potato, 6 baby carrots (1P, 1S, 1V)
S - 1 lite (1 Lite), celery (1V)
D - Salad (lettuce, tomoatoe, cucumber) w/1.5 oz canadian bacon, 2T lite salad dressing (1V, 1P, 1Fat)
S - 1C strawberries w/2T FF cool whip (1Fr, 2 condiments)

B- 3/4 c Fiber One, 1 peach, 4 ozs yogurt, 1 oz raw unsalted almonds (1S, 1 F, 1/2D, 1P)

S- 3/4 c Fiber One, 1 c canteloupe (1 S, 1 F)

L- 2 slices NODFB, 2 ozs PAM fried shrimp & 2 ozs tilapia(no breading), 1/2 tbl
lite mayo, 1 oz slice RF monterey chz, 1 c spinach cooked, 4 ozs yogurt, 1 c canteloupe(1S, 1P, 1/2 FAT, 1/2 D, 2 V, 1/2 D, 1 F)

S-LA Drink, 8 ozs Almond Breeze, 4 ozs yogurt, 3/4 c Fiber One, 5 almonds, 1/4 c bluberries + 4 strawberries + 1/4 peach (LA LITE, 1 D, 1 S, 1/2 FAT, 1 F)

D- 1/2 LA Soup, 10 Kashi TLC crackers (1/2 LA LITE, 1 S)

S-7 PM(Really dinner...but I am too full to eat arond 5) 1 c lettuce, 6 ozs
PAM fried shrimp(no breading), 1/2 c green beans cooked, 1/2 LA Soup, , (

Letisha - that sure seems like a boatload of food compared to the old plans. I keep thinking I want to go back to my COD and get some of the new info...I'd be really curious to see why so much food??

D 6 raw carrots - V
1 cup raw cabbage - V
turkey meatloaf (5 oz ground turkey, 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 slice light bread made into bread crumbs; 3 tsp onion) P, 1/2P, S
1/2 cup sf jello - 1 condiment
Exercise - 40 minutes recumbent crosstrainer (2-5 min segments on 10 difficulty)

S – Clementine, 1 light string cheese (F, ½ D)

I only got in 4 glasses of water. Going for 8 on Friday! No official exercise but I ran after my 15 month old son for a couple of hours at a ballgame.

No exercise yet today - done eating 6:15 pm
