Hi there, I'm a newbie to LAWL. Today starts my 3rd week and I'm down 6.2lbs. I've searched the forum and sorry if this is a repeat question but does this drink count as 2V and 1FR? Thanks for your response!!

Hi! I'm new here (just registered), but I've been lurking here for 5 weeks, when I joined LAWL. My COD wrote in my book that V8 Fusion counts as 2V and 1FR. I was really glad about that since it really helps me get all my veg. in!
Congrats, Teeth, on your weight loss so far! I'm not faring as well. I've only lost 4.5 lbs in 5 weeks, and 2 of those lbs, came off during TO.

At our old COD, we were told that it counts as 2V and 1F, but it's ONLY to be used once in a while, which I took to mean once a week! Maybe that's part of the problem Gail.. Try not to use it as much..

AND, only use the "light" variety.. Otherwise, you're getting too much processed sugar...

Thanks for that tip Dan! I've been drinking the light V8 Fushion just about every day, 'cuz I'm not very fond of veggies. I'll try limiting it to once a week, and see if that helps. The counselors at my COD have been baffled as to why I'm not losing very fast, but none of them said I should limit the V8 Fushion. I'm going to mention it to them tomorrow at my WI. I'm so glad I've found this board -- you guys are so smart, and helpful!
