Default Tuna on the Red Plan

Hello to all you red people out there.
? about canned tuna on the red plan
Do you....
A) eat 1 can of 6 oz tuna
or
B) weigh 6 oz of tuna which is usally about a can and a 1/4

What is the right way?

I weigh out the 6 ounces.

But, I'm a food snob and can't stand canned tuna . . . so that's the fresh of the frozen steaks from TJ's before I grill it.

I buy the pouches. You can have 7 oz. of the pouch tuna and that's just a whole pouch - in the ones I buy - so there's no measuring. Just dump, mix, and eat!

I like the pouches better too. I really like the flavored ones, however the sodium is really high.

I know this was an old post, but I thought I'd jump in. I believe the measurements are one whole can (6oz) or one whole pouch (3oz). The portion size on this actually stays the same on all plans I was told last week at my COD when I asked.

Yes, that is the same portion as the gold plan It is a good amount to eat!
