Is there any awesome honey mustard out there that's fat free? Also how do you count lite dressing? (1F) Are we able to have regular dressing? Does anyone know how you would count the Quizno's Flatbread Salad?

I use regular dressing but a very small amount. I also use regular mayo and such. I'm one that doesn't like the idea of taking fat out and replacing it with additives and preservatives....so i just cut the portion size down. I've told my COD that i do this...and while they don't really like it too well the girl I see the most does understand my theory. But I am careful to watch the portion size......
