A few months back there was a thread called fiber fanatics. Which some posters posted thier fiber counts daily. Anyway, just curious if anyone keeping track on fiber? and want to buddy up with me..
I was doing good with fiber counting back in May, which had lost a few Lbs, but gain it all back. So am back on that fiber wagon and making sure to get my veggies in..looked back on my notebook and hardly no veggies in...lesson learned..
