I'm trying to find out about variuos diet plans, and compare them to each other. I'm dizzy from all the info I've found. Does anyont know of a source that has some plans compared to each other?

I liked the book "The Unofficial Guide to Dieting Safely." It's a few years old, so The South Beach Diet and some of the other newest plans would not be in it.

I'm on Richard Simmons FoodMover plan, it is based on calorie counting. A compact journal that have major food groups that each food you close windows for food ,water. It is much easier to keep track. I was also insane with other plans that just made me confused, and could not able to stick with them.

I had started my plan on July 11th and Foodmover works for me.
