I'm on Richard Simmons FoodMover plan, it is based on calorie counting. A compact journal that have major food groups that each food you close windows for food ,water. It is much easier to keep track. I was also insane with other plans that just made me confused, and could not able to stick with them.
I had started my plan on July 11th and Foodmover works for me.
