Is Anyone Following The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene
Right now I am pretty much following weight watchers but am always exploring other diet plans. I have been reading Bob Greene's The Best Life Diet and like the book. I like that the changes you make are very gradual and am incorporating them into my eating plan (such as not eating at night, which is very hard for me). I was wondering if anyone here is following it and if so did you lose weight in phase 1? What are your other thoughts about it?
