Candice- It's a new plan that they came out with earlier this year. My center was a test center for it. Letisha said that her center was getting it soon, so it sounds like it may be getting out there. The menu planner that came with it has some different portions than the other plan books do. I am really liking it so far.

Is it more food then the Gold plan?
I am currently on the Gold plan and when I was in the center on Friday I asked if there was a new book, She said "No, but it looks like someone reads on the internet" I had no idea what she was talking about till right now LOL I guess she is was talking about this plan you are on eh?

gold2 has 2 1/2P,3V,2F,3S,2D,2Fa,2lites. So yea, it is a little more food.

i'm curious who they put on this plan, as it looks to me just like the gold's maintenance minus 1 veg and 2 fruit. Are they trying this with clients who are on gold but maybe get the 5 plus hours of excersize?

Thanks Candice. Here lately I haven't been losing a lot of pounds, (nobody's fault but my own) but I have been losing inches in my hips and thighs where I need it the most.

Heather, she just whipped out her handy little chart and wrote down that my ideal weight was 118, so 20 lbs. up was green, 60 lbs. up was gold2, (she didn't write it but I am guessing that 40 lbs. up would be regular gold.) I think I was at 175 when they got the program in and they put me on it. I definitely don't do 5 hours of exercise a week, so that was not a factor.

Deb,
I like those GoldII numbers. Do you find it works just as well or better then the regular Gold?
Thanks,
KimS

I don't know that it has worked better, I know that if I stay POP I lose well. It took me a while to get used to the extra 1/2 protein and some days I still completely forget about it. I love the extra starch, dairy, and fat but sometimes miss the extra fruit.
