Well, I just got back from a one week cruise to Bermuda. After 3 months POP, I REALLY blew it. I mean, I ate everything in sight. I definitely need to get back on track right away! To make matters worse, the fitness instructor on the cruise hurt her knee and could not teach aerobics. She taught yoga, pilates, & FitBall for a $10/class fee. The classes were only a half hour and not particularly challenging. Needless to say, I wasn't about to waste my money. The ship was somewhat small and the walking deck ran through the pool area, which was congested at best. So between lots of eating and hardly any exercise, I bet I put on around 10 pounds. Oh, and not much water drinking either as the bottled water was very expensive. I would try to squeeze lemon into the machine water at meals, but I think my fate is sealed. Help!! I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and try to get in on one of these challenges! This can't get much worse!
