I really did join today after thinking about it so long.
(Geez, I could be 8 lbs lighter if I had started then.) I have my bottle of fast forward juice and am starting on Monday since I’m going to the lake for a 3 day weekend. I will go in Tuesday for my next set of instructions. (I have a good idea of what they will be thanks to all of you.) I am really excited to finally be doing this.
Best part, Missouri is in on the $3 per week and no set up fees. For a full wl, stab and maint, it is 45% of the price they originally quoted me, and even lower than it was for the 8 week program. I have to buy lites, but I will not be buying in bulk. My contract definitely says that I have to buy them and I had to initial it. If they are as good as Luna bars, I’ll be fine. At least I am no longer funding McD’s and Wendy’s.
One issue that I can see: a friend of mine is having a going away happy hour Monday and I really must go. I’m going to save my diet soft drinks to have at the happy hour, but I cannot think of any happy hour foods that are Fast Forward approved. Let me know if you have any ideas. If nothing else, I can say that dh is cooking supper and I plan to eat with him.
