Lunch: Tuna/spinach/mayo open-faced sandwich (1P, 2V, 1Fa, 1S)
Afternoon: Lite, celery, big apple (1V, 2Fr)
Dinner: Turkey/cheese open-faced sandwich, (1P, 1D, 1S)
Evening: SD, yogurt, strawberries (1P, 1S, 1D, 1Fr)

Saturday:

Not very many post for today I hope that means everyone is busy and not off plan!!!

Another day of POP for me!!!

Red w/lites

Breakfast: 2oz bagel, 1 egg, 1 oz cheese, mustard, 15 grapes, 4oz OJ (S,.5P,.5D,2F,1condiment)
Snack: LA Lite
Lunch: LAWL Indian Chicken (1/2 portion) 1/2 cup broccoli, 6 baby carrots, tea, (.5P,S,3V,.5D)
Snack: 2oz cheese, 1/2 cup mixed fruit (F,.5P)
Dinner: 5oz cooked pork tenderloin, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 baked potato w/FF Ranch & Salsa, olive oil, (P,V,S,2condiments,Fat)
Snack: La lite
Water: 80 oz.

Question: Today I split one of my proteins up I know they do not recommend this nor do they recommend eating two protein portions at one meal/snack so I was wondering how many of you ever split them up???

Ok, 6/22 I was off a bit, but not bad for travelling.

Today, gold w/lites was POP!

3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 C ff milk, 2 packs splenda 1F, 1D

Lunch:

5 oz turkey Burger 1P 3V 1F 1 FA 1 cond
2 cups romaine + tomato
1 teasp Udo's oil
1 T salad dressing
slice cantaloupe

double chocolate lite

4 oz pork loin 1P 2S 1F
2/3 cup brown rice w/ lite salt
15 grapes

Saturday, June 23

I was POP until 7:30 PM when DH dragged me out to the local Mexican restaurant and "forced" me to share a frozen margarita with him. I know an ounce of liquor is one fruit, but I also know a frozen margarita is taboo!! So, no lottery ticket for me for Saturday. I'm not happy with myself, but even though I didn't get a tix for Saturday, I was WAYYYYy better than I have been on most weekend.

Good afternoon everyone! I'm happy to see everyone pumped up about the challenge. I was out of town and was not POP but like Joni, was WAY better than I would have been. This week is boot camp..for sure! POP ALL THE WAY!

I have all the POP'ers noted and in the drawing...keep up the good work!

Britt--I split the proteins all the time. COD actually recommended doing it becasue it would be easier to get them down.

Deb and Joni--you'll catch up to the rest of us during the week. As long as you were semi good, why should it matter anyway.
