The best way to determine the calorie count for your plan, is to go to an online journal(fitday.com)and run your menu for several days. For example, take your last week journal, and run it through. That will give you a range. When I ran my journal for plan 4 with no lites, I came in between 1700-1800 calories, depending on the number of condiments and the different types of food I was preparing for that particular day. Hope this helps.

Wow, Plan 4 seems like alot of food but the calories are still pretty low. Are you having good success with this plan?

I have lost almost 30 lbs since August 2007.
