I really need some motivation and a big push and most importantly some accountability. Who wants in with me?? Lets loose 20 lbs together. We better hurry summer will be here soon. Maybe we could do the 5 week summer plan?? We could start say maybe Monday??

Many of us take part in the "holiday challenges".. Maybe wait for Memorial Day to pass and then we'll start a "July 4th" challenge...

I know there are some "color teams" here too.. Maybe you could join one of those.. I'm not on one, but I'm sure someone with infinetly more knowledge than me could steer you in the right direction...

With all the creative people here, I'm sure y'all could put your heads together and come up with something cool and motivational...
