use mrs. dash seasonings. They don't have any sodium. Also you can use herbs. That's what they told me

Default The S4L program really works

Hey folks, I have not posted since I started S4L at the end of December but wanted to share how my progress is going...

I have now lost over 12 lbs. I have learned that the fastest way to lose the weight is to ensure you eat protein every few hours. I also utilize the reverse diet method which is to eat your dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. Alternate your fruit in between meals and drink your water. I am full all day long and can barely get my veggie om let in for dinner. I also stop eating at least 2 hours before I go to bed. The one most important thing is to also take Omega 3 - this makes your skin strechy so that as you lose weight skin does not sag.

I am excited to see all the folks on S4L. For those just starting, to get the most off during the first three days is to eat as much beef as possible. I actually go to HyVee and buy the tray of Zarda beef and eat on that all day long. We also buy a whole roasting chicken and eat one each day. It is a lot of protien but that is the point, the first 3 days is actually resetting your bodies metabolism. good luck!!!

Default Just started Slim 4 Life - Buddy Support

Saw that you are looking for a buddy - me too! I just started slim 4 life on Wednesday and so far, so good. I am 5'11" and SW was 197. GW is 165. Have lost 7 during the 3 day phase - I think I have a lot of food and water taking a vacation in my body - as I cannot imagine that I am losing fat just yet.

Default Doing Slim 4 Life too

Glad to hear all of you are doing so well. I am on day 16 and have lost 12 lbs! If I get hungry, I have one extra Turbosnack (not a bar) and that works pretty well. Is it normal to be more tired?

I am glad to have found other people who are on this same journey.

Default My story...

Hi All! I am new to this website, but not new to dieting. I joined Slim 4 Life here in Shawnee, KS in August 2007 and have lost 102 lbs since then. This program has been the greatest thing that's happened to me and pretty easy for me to maintain. I hope that more of you try Slim 4 Life. I don't feel any pressure and love the 1 on 1 atmosphere that they provide. I still have a lot more weight that I want to lose. My goal weight with the program is probably not going to be my final weight. But 150lbs was a good starting off point for me. I have 48 lbs to go to reach that and then we shall see from there.
Good luck and happy dieting all!

Default Just have to share

I started Slim 4 Life January 1st, and I've lost 18.75lbs already! It's been terrific so far. And now I'm under 50lbs left to lose. I cannot believe it. That actually even seems doable with this diet.

In case you are wondering if you should try it....I think it's the best thing I've done.
