Whenever someone doesn't do lites they move up to the next food plan. In your case that's red, which adds 1/2P and 1S. You keep the same portion sizes. However, the one thing I would keep in mind is looking at your stats, you would be moving to gold around where you are (My COD has me at 5"3 and they were moving me to gold at 181). So you may want to see how you do on the red and if you seem to be staying the same, you may want to stick with purple no lites.
