Hi all. Just joined on Friday and they put me on TO today. My tummy is a bit upset from the juice and I read somewhere that warm lemon-water may help. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best time to drink the lemon-water? Morning, noon or night?

The hot lemon water is for water retention. It's best to drink it in the a.m. because you will spend a lot of time making pit stops.

I am not sure but make sure you have food in your stomache as well. that may upset it from all that juice and no food as well.

Just a thought anyhow.

When I drank the lemon water I drank it mostly in the evening, and though it is a strong diruetic, it's also a good tummy soother. Hope it works for you!
