I am new here and I just found out about this place called
Healthy Inspirations. Has anyone tried this program? I am thinking of giving it a try, as they help you change your lifestyle and eating habits. The only thing is the place is about 45 minutes away and I didn't know if it would be worth the drive. Any experiences (good or bad) would help me out alot. Let me know what you think.
