Thanks and good luck. My husband isn't on the plan, but when he wants to get a few pounds down he'll do the FF too. He hates the juice so he buys the Hollywood juice diet or the 48 hour diet. One of them has a berry flavor that he can tolerate that he uses instead of the LAWL juice. That's an option too.
I know some people like to chew the fruit so it seems like they're eating more, but I like sipping on the juice becase you take sips here and there over the course of the day and, for me anyway, I find myself less hungry.
