I thought I would start this thread so that we could write down our daily goal(s) whatever they may be. I know it has helped me stay focused in the past so I am starting it up again

My goal tomorrow is to drink 64oz of water and to walk for at least 45 minutes.

Today I made my goal...water went down the hatch and I exercised!!!!!

My goal tomorrow is to stay OP while traveling..this one is tough so keep your fingers crossed.

1. Drink 2 glasses of HLW
2. Think Happy thoughts!
3. Exercise 45 minutes
4. Weigh and measure each morsel.
