I thought I would start this thread so that we could write down our daily goal(s) whatever they may be. I know it has helped me stay focused in the past so I am starting it up again:D
My goal tomorrow is to drink 64oz of water and to walk for at least 45 minutes. |
My goal is to drink 80 oz of h20 and attend water aerobics
