Default I can never remember, do you count
your food amounts on cooked food or on uncooked for instance, I have a frozen vegie/stirfry thing that says 4oz. is 90c...is that 4oz frozen or 4oz cooked? and meat, is it 4oz cooked or 4oz raw?
