At my COD they have a poster on the wall in front of the :devil: ( Ispelled it right)

It says :Dont be discouraged for .04 of a lb lost,in 52 weeks thats 3 pant sizes.
It takes burning and cutting 3000 calories for each lb lost.

if you loose .05 of a lb thats 2 dress sizes in 7 months.
if you loose 1.0 thats 1 pant size every 3 months
anyway the list goes on and on and It made me feel better ,
just thought that I would share.

Me too.. I was up just a few ounces.. No biggie and it didn't stop me from munching on some fries with my chicken at lunch...

Liz was down another pound!!!!!
