Ok you all did it after reading and reading all the post, I have decide to check out LAWL I have an appt today. I have 35lbs to go and I am doing this as a reward to myself for quitting smoking But I am nervous that I may get suckered in to buying all the supplements and bars and I don't want to spend mega $. Also How will I know which plan is best for me and any other suggestion of question I should ask or stuff I should no before I go?? Welcome to the board. You don't HAVE to buy the supplements.. a lot of us do use them and we also have a lot that don't. Some of the sales staff can be very pushy and others are not. The main thing to remember is that YOU are the customer and they are working for what is best for you. There is a thread that explains what is LAWL if you look near the top and it will really outline the overall LAWL plan for you.. put together by our super wise Cassi.
The plan you are on will depend on your weight, your work hours, and activity and whether or not you do the LAWL products called Lites with them
You don't have to do anything you can't afford or are not comfortable as the main reason you are going is to feel better about you.. not to be doing something you are not comfortable.. let us know how your appointment went!
Thank you everyone, I had my appt and it was not as bad as I have read at all. I guess I got my self all worried for nothing, but I am an official LAWL member now, took the plunge. I found out I was about 5lbs heavier then I thought I was but could be due to that TOM. My start date will be May 1st. So I will keep you updated on my progress.
