I'm trying to get back to regular exercise and balanced eating after having a baby and moving overseas with my family
After many false starts, I decided to get another copy of Jonny Bowden's Shape-up Workbook. It worked like a charm for me the last time and I really like his style, so I know I'll want to open it every day and "share" my progress
Is anyone else on the Shape-Up plan or has anyone done it? Or is anyone else progressing with baby steps to "get back into the groove"?
It would be nice to have some buddies
