I check out this website daily for informaiton and ideas, and I would like to say thank you!!
I am new to LAWL - not a real member, just kind of doing it on my own with some information a friend gave me. But you guys have provided some great information and are a real inspiration for me. I have made a commitment to live a healthier lifestyle and am determined that this time I am going to lose a few pounds. I have lost 15 lbs, and my goal is to lose another 10.
Congratulations to all of you - you are doing fantastic on this program. Keep up the good work.
