Gemstone - What is your height also? I am thinking you would be on red or red1, but not quite sure. I know what red has in it, but I don't know about red1. I know it's been posted here, but I keep forgetting.
Since we can't give away all of the specific plan information due to copyright constraints, I suggest you do a forum search for meal ideas (check out the daily menu threads and go back a few months). You can also search "red1" or "red 1" to see if you can find the exchanges. Regular red is 2 1/2Proteins, 4 veggies, 3 fruits, 3 starches, 1 dairy, 1 fat and two lites. Red1 may add a starch and fruit maybe??? If it helps, I started at 256 and was on red until I reached 220. I'm on purple until about 180, then down to gold. But I am only 5'1. Some of the taller girls got moved down sooner because they have a higher goal weight.
