I was wondering, about this. Deb e-mailed me her cookbook (which is amazing by the way). I cannot wait to cook some of those recipes. I'm acutally trying the Chicken Roll ups and the Cherry Cheese Ball this week.
Anyway, I have not actually started doing the LA diet yet (many reasons which I will go into hopefully this evening when I post my introduction), but I was wondering about the condiments listed on some of the recipes. In the program I have I cannot find anything about how many condiments you get. Some of the recipes say like 1 condiment. How many condiments do you get on the Purple plan with lites?
