Just curious if anyone has tried this program yet? I just bought the book and it's VERY detailed. She covers everything from Hoodia to the Master Cleanse with shocking candor. I haven't started the plan yet. Monday's the day, but I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten the book and tried the meal plans or workouts yet?
I bought this book a few days ago and today I finally did the first workout. I went through the day 1 workouts first to make sure that I knew how to do them and what they were. My husband had to actually read out the list to me as I did them. It was very hard. I only went through the circuits one time and the book suggests two times if possible. It was an unbelievable workout, but I have to say that I am not sure I could do it on my own and I would feel crazy doing it in the gym.
