Oh Cassi - I'm so glad that this is working out! See - you knew in your heart that it would, even though you stressed about it. I think that it is great that the instructor realizes that there are people in his classes that lead busy lives and allows for you to schedule out your homework for weeks. At least you won't have to worry about staying up until all hours cramming!

Can't wait for the picture!

Thanks, guys. Day 2 was just as awesome. I found out that I can convert my culinary diploma into an associate degree just by taking a nutrition class. My college credits will transfer! WOO HOO!

Nemesis Claws - I'm not a restaurant person either. I'm thinking of catering, personal chef, or maybe a breakfast/lunch cafe, but I don't want to be out for 80 hours per week in a restaurant. I need to be home with the family at least some of the time.

I thought a year on LAWL would suffice as a nutrition class!

Cassi you can always do LAWL delivery meals. Just think of all the business you'd get simply from us!

Megan - Believe me, I've already thought about that! I would love to prepare and deliver LAWL and WW friendly meals. We'll see what happens in a year. I know the right opportunity will present itself.
