Unfortuntely I didn't have success. Perhaps I was eating too much? I was eating all green light foods..I made the oatcakes which actually weren't horrible and some chocolate things with mushed up beans that was actually good. Even dh ate them and he wasn't on a plan..lol
However for me, I think there are a bit too many carbs in it..or something, becasue I didn't lose a thing..
